The Past Commander's Association is a group of Past Commnader's, current Eminent Commander's and Honorary Past Commander's that meet once a year to take in new members. Their mission is to help in each Commandery the current line Officer's do their job when asked. The cost to join is $25.00 for a lifetime membership. You can secure a petition from any of the CTA Officers or Grand Officers from the 3rd Division.

ANNUAL MEETING
PAST COMMANDER’S ASSOC.
Date: SEPTEMBER 10, 2011
Place: LEBANON MASONIC TEMPLE, LEBANON, OH
Time: Meeting at 7:30 pm
EVERYONE IS INVITED INCLUDING THE LADIES!
Purpose: To increase membership in the Association. Conferral of the Knight Commander degree will be conferred on a class of candidates. Petitions can be accepted up to the start of the meeting. All current Em. Commander’s, Past Commanders and Honorary Past Commander’s are eligible to join. There will be a dinner prior to the meeting at a cost of $12.00 per person. Menu is Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Salad, Pie and Drinks. PAST COMMANDER’S ASSOCIATION
MINUTES OF DECEMBER 3, 2010
On December 3, 2010 at the
Middletown Masonic Temple, the annual meeting of the 3rdDivision Past Commander’s Association was held with a dinner provided for the Knights and Ladies.
Acting President Robert May opened the meeting with prayer and the pledge of allegiance to the flag. There were 21 Knights present with 8 of these being candidates. The candidates were Robert Bayless #43, Les Bower #31, Mike Gardiner #3, Mark Mason #37, Bill Murvay #22, David Buchheit #71, Chris Rankin #41 and Carl Smith #41.
The cast for the conferral of the Knight Commander was as follows:

Upon completing the degree work, Acting President May called the business meeting to order and asked the Sec./Treas. to read the minutes and financial report. Thomas Gault reported that the Audit committee had approved the books of the Secretary and of the Treasurer. The Financial report shows a balance of $1,229.82 in the checking account.
The nominating committee was then called upon for the names of those to serve the 2010-2011 Templar year. Knight Frazier reported the slate of Officers as:

Knight Frazier movede to accept the slate of Officers, seconded by Knight Baker, motion approved. All officers were elected unanimously and subsequently installed by Knight Gault.
Discussion on holding a dinner prior to the meeting was held, and it was agreed to continue with having a dinner and inviting the ladies to attend. The President will be responsible for arranging the dinner details. Knight Mendelssohn moved to accept, seconded by Knight Wilson. Motion carried.
The next meeting will be held in September at the Lebanon Masonic Temple.
The Secretary moved to purchase a new briefcase, replace the broken briefcase, seconded by Knight Wilson. Motion carried.
A By-Laws review committee was designated and will consist of Knights Gault, C. Smith, and Mendelssohn.
